Weight Loss Plus
If you need to lose 15 or 50+ pounds, Weight Loss Plus is for you! This service includes a ground breaking results program for losing weight, inches and body fat.
Body Sculpting
The elite Body Sculpting, entails goal specific training to gain lean body mass while losing inches and body fat. This program focuses on weight maintenance and re-shaping rather than weight loss.
Sports Conditioning

Special Populations
Youth Fitness
Lafemme Mobile Gym provides youth services between the ages of 13-18. All youth participants must have parental consent and a parent on location during the service. We cover both fitness and nutrition services specific to this age group. We provide basic fitness services from general fitness and weight loss to sports conditioning to help advance the fitness level of our young athletes.
Mature Adult
Our mature adult program is safe, fun and effective for our seasoned members who are looking to enhance and or maintain their fitness levels. Our program will help increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. The program is also designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. We utilize hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball for resistance; a chair is also used for support.
Arthritis Aquatic or Land Based Programming
Our Arthritis conditioning programs are based off the Arthritis Foundation Aquatics and Exercise curriculum. This program provides specific Arthritis exercises for the pool and/or land. If you've been diagnosed with Arthritis or experiencing joint pain, our program will help strengthen the muscles around the joint and decrease joint inflammation while increasing joint mobility and function.
Pre-Post Natal Fitness
Work out and feel great during and after your pregnancy! Our program is based off the Bellie Fit Basics programs written by Fit for Lafemme owner, Monique Hollowell. Experience the benefits of less physical complication, healthy weight gain, ease of vaginal delivery with minimal medication and quick post partum recovery. A beginner or fitness enthusiast will benefit from our functional fitness training, for pregnancy. Stay fit for one of the most rewarding experiences in your life!

Mind/Body
Yoga
Yoga is a phenomenal addition to your fitness regimen. Yoga allows a better understanding of body, mind and spirit connection, allowing enhanced flexibility, balance and understanding of your body. Our certified IMTs are well versed in the variations of Yoga. Our main practice is Vinyasa (flow) Yoga, which best coincides with our fitness programs. Each IMT will have a special teaching style based upon their personal and professional practice.
Pilates
As a "genius of the body" Joseph H. Pilates created a method of total body conditioning that emphasized proper alignment, centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing, and flow that resulted in increased flexibility, strength, muscle tone, body awareness, energy, and improved mental concentration. Our Pilates programming, offers a combination of training principals derived from The Pilates Coach and Stott training systems. We provide: Pilates Mat w/props and Pilates Reformer training*
*Reformer training is only available, if the client has Reformer equipment in the home.
Virtual Fitness
Avoid plateaus with cutting edge workouts for ½ the cost. Virtual training is fun, convenient and available in minutes. On-line programs are designed specifically to match your goals, fitness level, age, gender and ability. Receive interactive, animated workouts with over 200 exercises to get you results. If your self-motivated, but do not have access to or cannot afford a Lefemme Mobile Gym member commitment, this is perfect for you!
Fitness Bootcamps
According to the American Council on Exercise, Boot camp workouts remain amongst the top 5 preferred workouts, because they provide a total-body workout that's varied, fun and challenging. Up to 600 calories can be burned during a boot camp session, which is obviously going to facilitate weight loss. But in addition to a great cardiovascular workout, muscles are strengthened through high- and low-intensity exercises such as pushups, squats and lunges. You don't typically experience significant muscle fitness benefits in other aerobic exercises. Exercises include: calisthenics, short distance running/walking, body weight resistance training, strength training, jumping rope, crunches, obstacle courses, hill running/walking, hiking, agility and power drills, sports drills, medicine ball work, stair climbing, partner drills, and much more. Check with your local IMT for specific dates and times.
Nutrition
Fit for Lafemme does not encourage diets, we promote Nutrition services which enhance healthy food choices for improved living and optimal results. According to the National Institute of Health, approximately 98% of all dieters gain their original weight back and sometimes even more. In order to achieve permanent weight management, you must understand the effects of food and its importance on body composition.
30 day Back to Basics
Get back to basics by understanding the balance of food and physical activity for a better life. The Back to Basics program provides the components of fitness (cardio, strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, body composition), accountability, food logging, understanding food guide basics, understanding nutrition facts, healthy food choices, food alternatives and how to choose the better bad choice! You receive the 30 Day Back to Basics Journal and eight 15 minute consultations (2 consultations/week).
Nutrition Coach A Program
Our Nutrition Coach A program is an interactive plan, which provides food logging, menu planning, recipes, weekly Nutrition analysis with your coach (20 minute sessions) and monthly fitness assessments, which include body fat, body weight and circumference measurements to keep you accountable towards your goals. The Nutrition Coach A Program is designed for weight loss, weight maintenance or weight gain. Minimum commitment is 2 months. All meal plans are created by Registered Dietitians.
Nutrition Coach B Program
Learn how to eat guilt free towards results. Our Nutrition Coach B program caters to special populations (i.e. Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Diabetes, Arthritis, etc.) including those who desire to lose weight, gain weight or maintain overall health. Minimum commitment is 3 months. The program includes: personal goal setting towards desired results, food logging, menu planning, recipes, thousands of food choices from the USDA database and weekly analysis with your coach (20 min. sessions). All meal plans are created by Registered Dietitians.
Nutrition Coach C Program
The Nutrition Coach C Program is a non-interactive plan which provides, a body comp assessment a once per month 45 minute phone consultation with your coach, food logging, grocery list, menu planning and weekly recipes, which are focused on your desired goals of weight loss, weight gain or weight maintenance. All meal plans are created by Registered Dietitians.
Business Workshops and Seminars
Lafemme Mobile Gym's mission is to transform lifestyles through fitness. In our Nations crisis of obesity, most Americans need motivation and incentives to lead a healthy lifestyle. Lafemme Mobile Gym provides motivational services for community and Corporate events. Our workshops and seminars, combine health and wellness lectures, fitness and fun activities! Each workshop and seminar ranges from 2-4 hours.
